Lulinext Luliconazole 1% W/V Cream is a powerful topical antifungal medication used to treat a variety of fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, and other related conditions. It works by inhibiting the growth of fungi, thereby reducing symptoms like itching, redness, scaling, and irritation. Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% w/w: This is the primary and only active ingredient in most standard formulations of Terbinext Cream.
What it is: A synthetic antifungal medication of the allylamine class.
What it does: It works by inhibiting a key enzyme (squalene epoxidase) involved in the production of ergosterol, which is an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. This leads to a buildup of toxic squalene inside the fungal cell, causing its death. It is fungicidal (kills fungi) rather than just fungistatic (stops its growth)
Luliconazole inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption causes the fungal cells to weaken and die, leading to the clearance of infection and relief from symptoms like itching, redness, scaling, and irritation.

Clean and Dry: Wash your hands and thoroughly clean and dry the affected area before application.

Wash Hands: Wash your hands after application (unless the hands are being treated).
Frequency: It is typically applied once or twice daily.
